General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with G&K Vertrieb GbR.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, thereby accepting the offer for the products in the cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Text Storage

The following language(s) are available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, Polish

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

We ship products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Advance Payment
If you choose advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment has been received.

Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be executed by PayPal immediately after submitting the order. Further instructions will be provided during checkout.

PayPal may offer further payment methods to registered and selected customers in their account. We have no influence on this offering. These additional payment options are governed by your legal relationship with PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.
